I have driven motorcycles for 10 years, and 1 year after selling it, my dad buys a Harley…But I only have time for one toy, and the Porsche is much more usable.

From rest to 60 miles/hour I need be awake to follow the Harley, but on the other side of 60 m/h the Porsche is so much faster ;-)

hehe yeah Bikes no matter what breed they are seem to always have very good acceleration.I’m surprised the harley can out sprint the car though!

Not exactly out sprint, I just have to be ready for it :-) I have had an old Kawasaki GPZ 550 with only 60 horsepowers, and from 0-60 m/h not many cars could follow it.But then the GPZ only did go 120 miles/h on the top, and the Porsche does 165 miles/h ;-)

I have a GPZ 500 :) it’s quite the nippy little machine up to about 70, then things start to slow down.I’ve been wanting to change bike, but I’m still not sure weather I should get a Cruiser or a VFR800 :(

Get a cruiser you will live longer… The VFR800 looks really nice. I once had a Yamaha FZ750 and it had the same power and weight as the VFR, and it were fast also on the other side of 70 :-)

I’d like a cruiser but they’re expensive, especially for what performance they offer… £3k for an old cruiser with 50hp or £3k for a VFR with, a lot of HP :)
